The WELCA board is preparing a special “70th Anniversary Scandinavian Coffee Recipe Book” featuring the recipes of baked goods offered for sale and on the tea table. And also favorite recipes from past Bethesda cookbooks. We will offer this for sale at the Scandinavian Coffee on Oct. 17th.
